Kiko Zeballos' culinary journey resembles an impressive exploration of the highlights of Spanish and Latin American cuisine. At the age of 26, he rose to become the head chef at the renowned 'Astrid y Gastòn' in Madrid, following valuable experiences, including a stint at Ferran Adrià's 'Hacienda Benazuza.' With his own restaurant 'Viru,' he earned the title of Newcomer of the Year at Madrid Fusión within just one year of its opening.
